The Salchichón 100% Ibérico de Bellota Monte Dorado is a refined product that reveals the subtle richness of the Iberian pig in its most aromatic version. Made with lean meat from 100% Iberian pigs raised in freedom and fed with acorns, it is seasoned with sea salt, peppercorns, and a soft touch of nutmeg, handcrafted in natural casing.

Its appearance is seductive: a well-cured piece, with a fine and clean cut, where the pink meat mixes with small pearls of infiltrated fat that provide juiciness and smoothness. The texture is slightly compact but creamy on the palate, melting, without excesses.

On the nose, it gives off a clean, elegant aroma, where spicy and smoky notes predominate, without overshadowing the quality of the meat. Nothing is rushed at Monte Dorado. The hams are cured in natural drying sheds for between 18 and 48 months, depending on their category, morphology, and character.
