3. Products and prices
The products offered on this website are high-quality gastronomic products, in particular Iberian and Serrano hams, shoulders, sausages, oils and accessories.
The prices indicated on the website include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) according to Spanish legislation. However, and depending on the buyer’s country of residence or their status (individual or professional), a different tax regime may apply, as established by Law 37/1992 on VAT.
Offers and promotions, when available, will be clearly identified as such and will include relevant information about their duration and conditions.
The owner reserves the right to modify, update or remove products, prices or descriptions without prior notice, depending on market conditions or availability.
4. Payment methods

1. Bank card (Virtual POS – Stripe)

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, with the consumer assuming the costs of the return shipment. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
According to article 103 of the LGDCU, it will not be possible to withdraw from those products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, as is the case with individually packaged food products.
